Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 27, 2026Welcome to the Premium Content Creator Platform ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal data is handled securely and responsibly. This comprehensive Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we collect, how we use it, whom we share it with, and the rights and choices available to you regarding your information.
By accessing or using our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services. Because our platform facilitates financial transactions and sharing of exclusive, sometimes sensitive digital content, we employ rigorous data protection standards.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information about you in a variety of ways depending on how you interact with our platform. This includes information you provide directly to us, information collected automatically, and information obtained from third-party sources.
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
- Account Registration Data: When you create an account, whether as a Creator or a Fan, we collect your name, email address, date of birth, chosen username, and password. Your date of birth is strictly required to ensure all users are over the age of 18.
- Profile Information: You may voluntarily provide additional information for your public profile, such as a biography, profile picture, banner image, location, and links to your other social media accounts.
- Financial and Payment Information: If you are a Fan purchasing subscriptions or a Creator receiving payouts, you must provide financial details. Fans provide credit card or other payment method details. Creators provide bank account information, tax identification numbers (such as an SSN or EIN in the US), and physical addresses for tax and payout purposes. Note that payment processing is handled by secure third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe); we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Identity Verification Data: To maintain a safe environment and comply with international regulations regarding adult content and financial fraud, Creators are required to undergo a stringent identity verification process. This involves submitting government-issued identification (passport, driver's license) and a live "selfie" to verify that the ID matches the user.
- Communications and Content: We collect the content you upload to the platform, including photos, videos, audio files, and text posts. We also collect the contents of your direct messages, comments, and communications with our customer support team.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: We automatically track how you interact with the Services. This includes pages viewed, content interacted with, search queries, subscription history, and the time and date of your visits.
- Device and Log Data: When you access our platform, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends. This may include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and crash data.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activities, remember your preferences, and provide targeted analytics. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for various business and commercial purposes, primarily to provide a seamless, secure, and personalized experience on our platform.
2.1 To Provide and Maintain the Services
Your data is essential for the basic functioning of the platform. We use it to create and manage your account, process payments and creator payouts, deliver exclusive content to subscribers, and facilitate direct messaging between Fans and Creators. Without this data, the transactional nature of the platform would not be possible.
2.2 Safety, Security, and Moderation
Trust and safety are our highest priorities. We utilize your information, particularly identity verification data and platform activity, to monitor for potential fraud, unauthorized account access, and violations of our Terms of Service. We utilize automated systems and human moderators to scan uploaded content to ensure compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy, explicitly to prevent the upload of non-consensual material, illegal content, or material involving minors.
2.3 Personalization and Analytics
We analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to improve the platform's user interface, develop new features, and provide personalized content suggestions. For instance, we may suggest Creators you might be interested in based on your past subscription history and interaction patterns.
2.4 Communications
We use your email address to send you transactional notifications, such as billing receipts, subscription renewals, security alerts, and support responses. With your explicit consent, we may also send promotional emails, newsletters, and marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
2.5 Legal Compliance
We use your data to comply with applicable legal obligations, including tax reporting laws, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and responding to lawful requests from law enforcement or government agencies.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. However, we do share your data with specific entities to operate our platform effectively.
3.1 Sharing Between Users
If you are a Fan, the Creators you subscribe to will have access to your username, profile picture, subscription status, and your history of interactions with them (tips, messages, pay-per-view purchases). Creators will not see your real name or your payment card information. If you are a Creator, your public profile information and content will be visible to users based on the access tiers you establish.
3.2 Service Providers
We share information with trusted third-party vendors, consultants, and service providers who perform services on our behalf. These include payment processors (like Stripe), identity verification services (like Jumio), cloud hosting providers (like Amazon Web Services), email delivery services, and customer support software providers. These third parties are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your personal data for any purpose other than providing services to us.
3.3 Legal and Regulatory Authorities
We may disclose your information if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, a court order, a subpoena, or a lawful request from law enforcement. We will also disclose information to enforce our Terms of Service, investigate potential violations, defend against legal claims, or protect the rights, property, and safety of our platform, our users, or the public.
3.4 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information.
4. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, including if you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or California, you may have specific legal rights regarding your personal data.
- Right to Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Rectification: You can request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You have the right to request that we delete your personal data, subject to certain legal exceptions (e.g., data we must retain for tax or legal compliance).
- Right to Restrict Processing: You can ask us to temporarily or permanently stop processing all or some of your personal data.
- Right to Data Portability: You have the right to request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Right to Object: You can object to our processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within the timeframe mandated by applicable law.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. As long as your account is active, we will keep your data to provide the Services. If you choose to delete your account, your profile and content will no longer be visible to other users.
However, please note that we are required by law to retain certain transactional, tax, and identity verification records for extended periods (typically up to 7 years) for auditing, legal, and compliance purposes. Once the retention period expires, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
6. Data Security
We implement robust, industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration. This includes data encryption in transit (via SSL/TLS) and at rest, regular security audits, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, and strict access controls within our organization. Despite our best efforts, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Services are strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Our rigorous identity verification processes are specifically designed to prevent minors from accessing or utilizing the platform. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 18, we will take immediate steps to delete that information and terminate the associated account.
8. International Data Transfers
We are a global platform, and your information may be transferred to, stored, or processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Data protection laws in these countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction. When transferring data internationally from the EEA or UK, we rely on legally provided mechanisms, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), to ensure your data remains protected to the highest standards.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you by revising the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy, and in some cases, we may provide additional notice via email or a banner on our homepage. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your data.
